You must provide a written disclaimer on ALL of your promotional material that promotes your text messaging services.

Our Mobile messaging service is currently supported on most US and Canadian cellular carriers.

Our system only supports standard ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) characters. “ASCII is a 7-bit character set containing 128 characters. It contains the numbers from 0-9, the upper and lower case English letters from A to Z, and some special characters. The character sets used in modern computers, in HTML, and on the Internet, are all based on ASCII.” – w3schools Most non-English languages use accents and non-standard characters that are outside of ASCII. Anything outside of ASCII is not supported.

It depends…  You can only message your customers if you’ve first obtained their written consent. A customer can opt-in to your mobile club by texting in to your keyword, filling out your optin form (online or print), or entering on a digital kiosk.

Note: When getting consent, you are required to provide the disclaimer language, as required by Federal laws and carrier guidelines. It is important that this disclaimer is displayed ANYWHERE and EVERYWHERE you are promoting your mobile club or capturing a phone number for messaging.
